Not yet. Your customers pay however you accept payment today — Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or bank transfer — and the Office records it against the invoice. Online card processing is planned but not available.
Does payroll file my taxes?
No. The Office tracks time, calculates hours, prepares payroll, and exports clean reports for you or your accountant. It does not file taxes or move money.
Do my customers have to use the portal or online booking?
No. The customer portal, online booking, automated review requests, and on-my-way texts are optional features, all off by default. You enable each one in Owner Controls when you're ready.
What if I don't want to use the AI?
Then don't. Every workflow in the Office — quoting, scheduling, invoicing, all of it — works fully by hand. The AI is an assistant layer, never a requirement.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — the field workflows are built mobile-first, with big touch targets and offline mode for dead zones. Designed for Android and iPhone.
What does "we'll build the feature your business needs" mean?
On the $149 plan, one small custom feature per quarter is included — a report you need, a workflow tweak, a field form. Bigger work is billed at a simple hourly rate, quoted before anything starts.
