Match before creating
Existing customers can be compared by IDs, email, phone, address, name, and company. Existing nonblank values are protected and conflicts are surfaced instead of silently overwritten.
Stage, review, then apply
Each detected group gets a separate staging run. Low-confidence data is not auto-selected, and nothing is committed until the owner reviews and applies the staged group.
Import does not create external authority. A spreadsheet import cannot automatically send an invoice, contact a customer, schedule work, buy anything, move money, or approve a customer-facing action.
