Your brand kit and basic website come with the Office — no setup fee, no surprises. The first three founding businesses also get the advanced website free (a $999 value). The care plan is optional: it keeps the site hosted, updated, and working if you would rather not think about it. No hidden fees, ever.

We set it up on your Office — you just say the word. Every rate above is confirmed with you before anything turns on, and the Office keeps a running total. Nothing activates without your approval. No markup, ever.

Fine print, in plain language

No surprises.

Crew size: flat pricing covers your whole crew — office and field, no per-user fees. Running a bigger operation? We'll put together a custom quote.

Texting: if you want the Office to send texts (reminders, on-my-way, follow-ups), the phone carriers charge per message. We pass that cost straight through with no markup — we'll tell you exactly what it is before you turn it on.

AI usage: the plan includes 5,000 actions per month (drafted quotes, follow-ups, review requests, digests). Most businesses never come close. Need more? Add 5,000 extra actions for $49.99/month.

Payments: the Office does not process credit cards yet. Your customers pay however you accept payment — Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or bank transfer — and the Office records it against the invoice. Online card processing is planned but not available yet.

Payroll: calculates hours, prepares payroll, and exports clean reports. It does not file taxes or move money — you or your accountant handle that.

Customer-facing features: the customer portal, online booking, automated review requests, and on-my-way texts are optional and off by default. Each has its own toggle in Owner Controls; nothing reaches your customers until you switch it on.

AI: assists, never gates. Every workflow works manually, and anything the AI drafts needs your approval before it goes out.
