Not licensed professional work
Highway 38 Solutions does not provide licensed engineering, architectural, legal, tax, permit, electrical, machine guarding, safety certification, or code-compliance signoff unless a properly qualified professional is separately engaged.
Shop / CNC / automation boundary
Shop / CNC concept work is for planning, scoping, quote preparation, workflow review, ROI questions, fixture/inspection thinking, and vendor communication. Final robot programming, controls, electrical work, guarding, risk assessment, installation, and acceptance validation belong with qualified vendors/professionals.
Customer responsibility
- Review all assumptions before acting.
- Confirm measurements, site conditions, prices, vendor details, and safety requirements.
- Use qualified contractors or professionals when required.
- Do not rely on planning material as final permit, safety, engineering, legal, or tax advice.
Pricing and turnaround
The H38 Business Office is $149/month, or $99/month for founding members (first 10 businesses, locked for life).
Published ranges are planning ranges. Final price and turnaround depend on scope, missing information, file condition, revision needs, and requested deliverables.
