How to request deletion
- Email highway38solutions@gmail.com from the email address used to sign in to H38.
- Use the subject Delete H38 account.
- Include the business name associated with the account so the correct membership can be located.
- Highway 38 will verify the request before deleting or disabling access.
What is deleted
After verification, Highway 38 can delete the user's H38 authentication account and user-private Personal Assistant records controlled by Highway 38, including private reminders, tasks, notes, routines, and memory items associated with that user.
What may be retained
Shared business records created or edited while the user was acting for a business may be retained by that business when needed for operations, accounting, audit history, security, contractual obligations, or legal requirements. Examples can include quotes, invoices, job records, proof logs, expense records, customer records, and documents. The user's access to the business is removed even when a shared business record must be retained.
Device-local data
H38 can keep an offline cache on the user's device. After account deletion, the user should sign out and uninstall the H38 app, or clear the app/site storage, to remove device-local copies under the control of that device.
Delete an entire business workspace
A business owner who wants an entire H38 business workspace reviewed for deletion should email highway38solutions@gmail.com with the business name and request. Business-wide deletion is handled separately from deleting one user's sign-in account.
